We Won A BAFTA!The documentary 'When The Floods Come' by Nyal Mueenuddin won the 2024 Yugo BAFTA award for best documentary! The film was chosen out of 800 submissions worldwide and the event took place in Beverly Hills Los Angeles on the 12th of July. Most importantly, we are proud that the voices from the Pakistan 2022 flood victims are being heard. This is our mission and this is only the beginning. This victory belongs to them.We thank BAFTA US for this honour and incredible opportunity!

ROYAL TELEVISION SOCIETY STUDENT AWARDS (2024)
A great day full of celebrations at the Savoy Place in London for the Royal Television Society student awards.
An excellent and well deserved nomination for the talented animator Conor Mullin for his stop-motion short film 'Singularity' and 'Death At Sea' picked up the win for best factual short. Big congratulations to Sara Pipernos!
An absolute pleasure to attend with Manuela Lubrano and to be a part of these projects providing the music scores!DEATH AT SEA (2024)
Human Rights At Sea hosted the premiere of 'Death at Sea' at the Everyman Cinema in London Kings Cross. A deeply moving film by Sara Pipernos that delves into the harrowing story of Eritara Aati Kaierua, who tragically passed away onboard the Taiwanese-flagged fishing vessel, the Win Far 636, in March 2020.
The premiere marked a significant step in raising awareness about observer safety and the pressing questions surrounding Eritara's case.
Alexander had the honour of contributing to this cause by co-scoring the original soundtrack of the film with composer Manuela Lubrano.

ART COMES ALIVE (2023)
"Art Comes Alive" is an experimental experience that combines the worlds of music and live art. Our event showcased artists that visually interpreted an original 30-minute composition crafted by our 8 musicians. The composition was written following a narrative that was given to the audience at the beginning of the show but kept in secret from the artists, providing an opportunity to observe their unique interpretations and creative expressions guided solely by the music.
Alexander composed the piece ‘Self Transformation’ featuring the vocals of Manuela Lubrano and mixed the 8 compositions by Charlotte Eardley, Kristina Hutchinson, Hadi Rahmani, Yasmine Sabbagh, Luke Walker, Nicholas Simon and Manuela Lubrano.

WHEN THE FLOODS COME (2023)
A highly emotional film by Nyal Mueenuddin that follows a 3.000 km journey across the Indus River of Pakistan which last year had its worst floods in history due to glacial outbursts caused by the 2022 heatwave. The film will premiere in both Urdu and English on Pakistan National TV on December 17th and documents the peoples experiences as they tell their stories.
Alexander had the privilege to co-score the documentary with Manuela Lubrano and featuring live performances by Araminta Khan on violin, Faraz Nizami on Sitar, Tabla, vocals, Hadi Rahmani on Setar, vocals and Manuela Lubrano on vocals.
The original soundtrack will be released soon!
REMEMBER THE MANY (2023)
Alexander had the extreme pleasure to compose original music for the Remembrance Tribute video produced by Andrew Panton and Piotr Forkasiewicz. The video, 6 years in the making, features spoken word by squadron leader George “Johnny” Johnson and vocals by Manuela Lubrano.QUEEN CHARLOTTE: A BRIDGERTON STOY (2023)
Alexander’s string arrangement of Deja Vu originally performed by Beyonce and Jay-Z is featured in the opening credits of episode 4 of Queen Charlotte - A Bridgerton Story.

It is with great honour that Alexander will be providing original music for the premiere screening of ‘Attack On Sorpe Dam’ which will take place at the former IMAX cinema at the Bristol Aquarium on Saturday the 13th of May and marks the 80th anniversary of the heroic Dambusters operation.
Narrated by squadron leader and last of the Dambusters Goerge “Johnny” Johnson.

Alexander recently had the opportunity of editing and mixing the original soundtrack album for 'In The Cloud', a feature film for Sony's American entertainment platform Crackle. The album features a combination of intriguing electronic synthesis together with dynamic drum rhythms, ambient choral vocals and string arrangements performed by the Vitosha Philharmonic Orchestra recorded in Sofia Bulgaria.
